Marriage of Shahzada Qasim and Shahzada Ali Akbar (AS)

Why did the marriage of Shahzada Qasim (AS) take place before the marriage of Shahzada Ali Akbar (AS) who was 5 years older than Him (AS)? And why did the marriage take place in Karbala amid all the Shahadats, why not before?
